SOSiLA Logistics REIT (TYO:2979) plans to reduce total greenhouse gas emissions, including Scope 1, 2, and 3, to net zero by fiscal 2050, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The REIT, managed by Sumisho Realty Management, also aims to cut portfolio emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 42% from 2020 levels by fiscal 2030.
The updated targets reflect a broader strategy to align with ESG goals, including a 35% reduction in CO2 emissions intensity from 2019 levels by fiscal 2030.
