Infini Resources (ASX:I88) said Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Charles Armstrong resigned, effective June 6, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company said that Non-Executive Director Andy Wilde will maintain oversight of the active exploration programs, while Executive Director David Pevcic will continue managing the company's day-to-day operations until a new CEO is appointed.
