Guidewire Software (GWRE) said Monday that workers' compensation insurance company Montana State Fund has hired it for its cloud services.
The company said the Montana State Fund, which has been a Guidewire customer since 2006, will move its its InsuranceSuite offsite to Guidewire Cloud.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Shares of Guidewire were down 1.8% in premarket activity.
