Argosy Minerals (ASX:AGY)
Argosy Minerals signed a spot sales contract with a Hong Kong-based chemical company for the sale of 20 metric tonnes of battery-quality lithium carbonate product from its Rincon project in Argentina.
New Frontier Minerals (ASX:NFM)
New Frontier Minerals agreed to sell all of the shares in its subsidiary, BHA No. 1, to Impact Minerals (ASX:IPT). BHA holds the Broken Hill East project in New South Wales.
Brazilian Critical Minerals (ASX:BCM)
Brazilian Critical Minerals received results from an Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization column test, which replicated conditions from in-situ samples at the Ema project in Brazil. A head grade analysis of the sample was determined to contain 829 parts per million of 15 rare earth elements and yttrium, of which 30% were neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium.
Advance Metals (ASX:AVM)
Advance Metals named Jay Stephenson as chief financial officer and will succeed CFO Wayne Kernaghan following the latter's resignation.
Olympio Metals (ASX:OLY)
Olympio Metals received final approval to drill for the Dufay project in Canada. Contractor Forage Val d'Or is engaged for the planned 1,500-meter drilling. The rig is set to mobilize to the site next week.
