NDR Auto Components (NSE:NDRAUTO, BOM:543214) has received an offer letter from the Maharashtra Industrial Township offering 26.39 acres of land at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar in Maharashtra, India for 376.0 million Indian rupees.
The land will be used for the company's future expansion, which will be disclosed in due course, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
