Applied Materials (AMAT) said Monday its board has approved a 15% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.46 per share, payable on June 12 to shareholders of record as of May 22.
The board also authorized a new $10 billion buyback of its shares over time, adding to a previous authorization with about $7.6 billion remaining at the end of fiscal Q1.
