SINGAPORE, March 10 (Reuters) - Bank of Singapore, one of Asia's biggest private banks, said on Monday that it has appointed Joey Tang as its head of investment solutions group, Hong Kong, with immediate effect.
Bank of Singapore said in a statement that Tang will lead its product and solutions strategy for the Hong Kong branch across areas such as capital markets, alternative investments and managed solutions, and lending advisory.
Bank of Singapore is part of Singapore's second-largest lender Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation OCBC.SI.
Tang, who has close to 30 years of investment banking and private banking experience, was head of funds, alternatives and solutions at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Private Banking before joining Bank of Singapore, according to the statement.
Prior to that, Tang was head of the Greater China region and the head of fixed income, commodities and currencies for Citigroup C.N, Bank of Singapore added in the statement.
