CGN New Energy (HKG:1811) generated 1,478.3 gigawatt-hours of power in February, up 1.8% from the year-ago period, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing stated.
Power output from wind projects dropped by 14.1%, while solar projects rose by 20.4%.
The power generation of cogen & gas-fired and hydro projects in China fell by 27.2% and 3.4%, respectively, while that of Korean projects increased by 38.8%.
For the two months ended Feb. 28, the group generated 3,005.9 gigawatt-hours of power, 3.2% lower than a year ago. Power generation from Chinese wind projects dropped 3.1% year-on-year, while solar projects increased by 19.3%.
The power generation of cogen & gas-fired and hydro projects in China fell by 15.3% and 3.3%, respectively, while that of Korean projects also decreased by 8.4% year-on-year.
