H2G Green (SGX:5AI) raised SG$1.4 million from a rights issue of 1.4 billion warrants completed on Dec. 12, 2024, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
As of Feb. 28, 36.7 million warrants were exercised, adding SG$147,000. Its share capital increased to 1.45 billion shares, with 1.38 billion warrants outstanding.
H2G secured a new contract with quick revenue potential, expanded a partnership with an industrial equipment supplier, and is working with regional partners to grow LNG operations.
Its LNG unit, GasHubUnited Utility, secured ISO certifications and is pursuing PEFC and TÜV SÜD approvals. Its green hydrogen unit, GEIH, submitted a process patent and is working with A*Star to boost production.
