Stocks to Watch Tuesday: Tesla, Oracle, Delta, Nvidia -- WSJ

Oracle $(ORCL)$: The cloud-services company offered an upbeat sales outlook, but its quarterly earnings and revenue missed expectations. The stock dropped roughly 6% in premarket trading.

Delta Air Lines $(DAL)$; American Airlines $(AAL)$; United Airlines $(UAL)$: Delta cut its outlook, citing reduced consumer and corporate confidence, and economic uncertainty. Shares fell premarket, as did shares of rival carriers.

Tesla $(TSLA)$: The EV maker lost 15% of its market value on Monday, its worst day of trading since 2020. Shares were slightly higher premarket.

Dick's Sporting Goods $(DKS)$; Kohl's $(KSS)$: The retailers are among the companies due to report earnings early Tuesday.

Nvidia $(NVDA)$: The artificial-intelligence chipmaker, another of Monday's big fallers, dropped further in premarket trading.

Illumina (ILMN): The maker of genetic-sequencing machines lowered its 2025 financial guidance and said it would reduce spending because China barred sales of its devices. Shares were 2% higher premarket.

Volkswagen (XE:VOW3): Shares in the automaker rose in Germany after it said revenue would climb by up to 5% this year, after a solid set of results.
