Beng Kuang Marine (SGX:BEZ) allotted and issued 3,000 new shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants at a price of SG$0.22 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Following the issue of these shares, the number of issued shares of the company increased to 199,213,406 shares.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trading.
