IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 264,000 shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the company's Enterprise Option Schemes, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The dual-listed company issued 33,000 shares at 6.55 Malaysian ringgit each, 46,000 shares at 6.02 ringgit apiece, 175,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit per share, and 10,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit per share.
The issued shares will be listed on March 14.
