TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian Government Regulation No 11 of 2025 concerning the policy of providing Eid holiday allowance (THR) and 13th salary for state civil apparatus (ASN), including civil servants (PNS) has been issued. The Eid holiday allowance and salary will be given to all central and regional ASN including PNS, PPPK, TNI soldiers, and the police.

In the regulation signed by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, it is stated that the Eid holiday allowance will be disbursed on Monday, March 17, 2025, while the 13th salary will be paid at the beginning of the new school year, in June 2025. 'Then it will be given to the judges and retirees with a total number reaching 9.4 million recipients,' said Prabowo at the Merdeka Palace, Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

The holiday allowance will cover basic salary, fixed allowances, and performance allowances. 'The performance allowances will be paid in full,' said the Head of State.

Meanwhile, the 13th salary for ASN will also cover basic salary, fixed allowances, and performance allowances. For regional ASN, it will be given the same as central ASN. However, the amount will be in accordance with the capacity of each region. 'Pensions will be given a monthly pension,' said Prabowo.

Here are the maximum amounts of holiday allowance and 13th salary for leaders, members, and non-ASN employees serving in government agencies, including non-structural agencies and new universities, based on the regulation.

1. Leaders and Members of Non-Structural Agencies:

a. Chairperson/Head or other designations: Rp 31,474,800

b. Vice Chairperson/Vice Head or other designations: Rp 29,665,400

c. Secretary or other designations: Rp 28,104,300

d. Members: Rp 28,104,300

2. Non-Civil Servant Employees at Non-Structural Agencies and Officers Whose Financial Rights or Administrative Rights are equated to Eselon/Officials:

a. Eselon I/Officials at the Main High Leadership Level/Officials at the Middle High Leadership Level: Rp 24,886,200

b. Eselon II/Officials at the Lower High Leadership Level: Rp 19,514,800

c. Eselon III/Administrator Officials: Rp 13,842,300

d. Eselon IV/Supervisory Officials: Rp 10,612,900

3. Non-Civil Servant Employees serving in Government Agencies including Non-Structural Agencies and New State Universities as Implementing Officers with educational levels:

a. Elementary School/Junior High School or equivalent

- work period up to 10 years: Rp 4,285,200

- work period over 10 years up to 20 years: Rp 4,639,300

- work period over 20 years: Rp 5,052,600

b. Senior High School/Diploma or equivalent

- work period up to 10 years: Rp 4,907,700

- work period over 10 years up to 20 years: Rp 5,347,400

- work period over 20 years: Rp 5,861,200

c. Diploma III/Diploma IV or equivalent

- work period up to 10 years: Rp 5,488,500

- work period over 10 years up to 20 years: Rp 5,966,100

- work period over 20 years: Rp 6,524,200

d. Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent

- work period up to 10 years: 6,591,000

- work period over 10 years up to 20 years: Rp 7,160,500

- work period over 20 years: Rp 7,825,800

e. Master's Degree/Doctorate or equivalent

- work period up to 10 years: Rp 7,764,100

- work period over 10 years up to 20 years: Rp 8,357,500

- work period over 20 years: Rp 9,050,500
