The acquisition, which involves a maximum of 81,185 units, will take place through open market purchases from March 21, 2025, to March 19, 2026, and is classified as an act equivalent to a tender offer under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
Following the acquisition, the sponsor's ownership ratio in Hankyu Hanshin REIT will increase to a maximum of 14.90% from 3.22%, reflecting its enhanced support for HHR's operations.
