PDS (NSE:PDSL, BOM:538730) said a new associate company has been incorporated in India named 'Kontemporary Koncepts,' according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Kontemporary Koncepts is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pangram Celebrity Brands, which is an associate of PDS. The company will own a 28.7% stake in the newly formed entity with an investment of 28,700 Indian rupees.
The new company will deal in design and production of cloth apparel including the launch of apparel brands to clients in India as well as outside the country and other related activities.
