Kaisa Prosperity Holdings (HKG:2168) expects to return to profitability in 2024 with an attributable profit of not less than 10 million yuan, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The real estate services provider incurred an attributable loss of about 450 million yuan in the prior year.
The actual financial results are set to be published before the end of March, the filing said.
