AAM Names Terry Grayson-Caprio to Board of Directors

DETROIT, March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- American Axle & Manufacturing $(AXL)$ has named Terry Grayson-Caprio to its Board of Directors. Grayson-Caprio is a retired Managing Partner of KPMG LLP.
