archTIS (ASX:AR9) completed the acquisition of US-based Direktiv's technology assets, employees, and customers for $750,000, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The consideration will be paid in three tranches; $350,000 on settlement, $250,000 six months post settlement, and $200,000 twelve months post settlement, the filing said.
