Spenda (ASX:SPX) subsidiary Spenda Cash Flow completed the sale of the company's invoice finance loan book to Grapple Invoice Finance Fund, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The completion of the transaction occurred Mar. 14, with the company receiving the initial consideration of AU$500,000, the filing said.
