BYD (HK:1211): Shares in China's top domestic EV maker reached a record high after it unveiled new fast-charging technology.
Santander $(SAN)$, (ES:SAN): Spain's largest bank is making a big push into the U.S. through a partnership with Verizon $(VZ)$ that taps into the telecommunications company's huge customer base. Santander shares rose in Madrid.
Alphabet $(GOOGL)$: Google's parent company is in fresh talks to buy Wiz for around $30 billion, after an effort to buy the cybersecurity startup ran aground last year.
XPeng $(XPEV)$: The U.S.-listed Chinese automaker is due to post earnings today.
