BlockBeats News, March 19, the EOS Network announced that it will be rebranded as Vaulta, with a focus on Web3 banking business. This transformation is accompanied by a token swap scheduled for the end of May.
Simultaneously, the Vaulta Banking Advisory Board is being introduced, which is a team composed of financial and blockchain industry experts dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional banking and decentralized systems. Members of this board include executives from Systemic Trust, Tetra, and ATB Financial.
Vaulta plans to retain its technical infrastructure from the EOS Network, including smart contract architecture, decentralized database, and blockchain interoperability. As part of its Web3 banking business initiative, the platform will integrate with the Bitcoin-focused digital banking solution exSat.
Vaulta will leverage various partnerships, including with Ceffu, Spirit Blockchain, and Blockchain Insurance, to expand its Web3 banking business ecosystem.
