Keppel (SGX:BN4) granted 8,730,602 shares valued at SG$58.0 million under its Restricted and Performance Share Plans, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issuance, the number of treasury shares decreased to 5,722,952 shares.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.
