Lingbao Gold Group (HKG:3330) raised HK$228.8 million by placing 43.5 million shares at HK$5.38 each to at least six investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The issued shares represent 3.38% of the company's enlarged share capital.
The company plans to use the proceeds for merger and acquisition opportunities.
