China Everbright Water Signs Three-Year Electricity Sales Deal with Everbright Greentech

China Everbright Water (SGX:U9E, HKG:1257) signed a three-year electricity sales agreement with Everbright Greentech Services (HKG:1257), according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Under the deal, Everbright Greentech will supply up to 458 million kWh of electricity annually to Everbright Water's subsidiaries in China's Jiangsu and Shandong provinces from 2025 to 2027.

The agreement replaces a previous one-year deal signed in December 2024. Pricing will follow market rates and independent third-party quotes.

Payments will be settled monthly through the Power Grid Company.
