LaSalle Logiport REIT (TYO:3466) has decided to acquire an additional tokumei kumiai (TK) equity interest in LRF3 Properties GK for 165 million yen, representing approximately 18% of the total TK equity B, according to its filing last Friday.
The acquisition, scheduled for March 19, includes two properties: the Matsudo Matsuhidai Logistics Center and the Urayasu Logistics Center.
This replaces the previously planned acquisition of TK Equity Interest B of Urayasu Properties GK, announced on April 15.
Following the acquisition, LLR will redeem preferred shares in Japan Logistics Development 1 TMK, expecting a redemption profit of approximately 73 million yen for the fiscal period ending August 2025.
This marks LLR's second development project and its first collaboration with an external business partner, aligning with its excess return strategy.
