Ziff Davis subsidiary Everyday Health Group acquired theSkimm, a media brand known for its newsletter.
TheSkimm was founded in 2012 as an email newsletter geared toward millennial and Gen Z women. It now includes a variety of other products including a podcast and B2B newsletter.
Everyday Health Group aims to broaden its audience with the acquisition, media parent company Ziff Davis said Wednesday.
Wolfson Partners served as theSkimm's financial adviser on the transaction.
