ASL Marine Holdings (SGX:A04) will redeem all outstanding Series 006 4.75% notes on March 28, when they mature, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shipbuilding and repair company said each SG$250,000 denomination will be redeemed at SG$216,250, covering the outstanding principal and accrued interest.
The record date for the redemption is March 21, with trading and transfers suspended from that date until the redemption is processed.
