Coda Minerals (ASX:COD) said a drill hole of around 1,600 meters to the southeast of the Emmie Bluff deposit encountered narrow widths of copper mineralization at its Elizabeth Creek copper-cobalt Project in South Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company completed a four-hole drilling program at the Emmie East and Emmie Southeast prospects, the filing said. A 1,000 meters by 300 meters southeastern corridor was identified for future follow-up and drilling, among additional targets east of the deposit.
It is also investigating two new processes for copper-cobalt-silver processing that have the potential to replace existing planned Albion hydrometallurgical circuit.
Coda Minerals' shares fell almost 11% in recent trading on Wednesday.
