Credit Corp Group (ASX:CCP) appointed Ewen Crouch as Chair, effective Oct. 29, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Crouch succeeds Eric Dodd. He will join the board as a non-executive director on Sept. 1 before stepping into the role on Oct. 29.
Dodd previously submitted his resignation which will take effect on Dec. 31.
