Yuexiu Services Group (HKG:6626) recorded a 28% decline in attributable profit for the year 2024 to 352.9 million yuan from 487.0 million yuan in the year-ago period, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share came in at 0.23 yuan in the year, down from 0.32 yuan in the previous corresponding year.
The property manager's revenue, however, rose by 20% to 3.87 billion yuan in the year from 3.22 billion yuan a year prior.
The drop in profit was mainly due to the impairment of goodwill incurred in the year.
The firm has proposed a final dividend of HK$0.083 per share for the year, payable on or around July 8 to shareholders of record on June 26.
