Aurora Labs (ASX:A3D) completed the design, build, and test phase of AU4, the company's 40-kilogram thrust micro gas turbine engine, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is in talks with international customers, including global defense primes, to establish future production supply channels, per the filing.
Aurora Labs targets to complete preparations for increased production capability by the second half of the year, the filing stated.
The company's shares were down 10% in recent trade.
