Nera Telecommunications (SGX:N01) said its Malaysian unit has settled a lease dispute with Great One Coconut Products Industries, ending legal action related to a factory lease, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Nera Malaysia paid 61,000 ringgit to Great One Coconut as part of a 250,000 ringgit settlement, with the remaining 189,000 ringgit offset against a prior deposit.

The dispute stemmed from a claim filed by the former landlord in December 2024 over lease terms. The Shah Alam Sessions Court suit was withdrawn on March 19 after the payment, resolving all claims between the parties.
