Koonenberry Gold (ASX:KNB) said its existing shareholder Datt Capital has increased its holdings in the company through the off-market purchase of an additional 35 million shares, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Datt Capital now has 10.22% voting power in the company, including about 4.2 million shares acquired through a placement.
The company shares rose 6% in recent Friday trade.
