** Steelmaker expects first-quarter 2025 adj. loss to range between 49 cents and 53 cents per share, higher than analysts' estimated loss of 33 cents
** Says Europe demand remains subdued and Tubular segment continues to face pressure from lagged impacts of weak pricing environment
** However, expects higher average selling prices across all segments citing slight improvement in pricing environment
** CEO David Burritt says, co continues to assess expected benefit from recent U.S. tariff policies along with Nippon Steel 5401.T partnership
