Nanoveu (ASX:NVU) corrected its Dec. 12, 2024, statement to clarify that the US patent for an artificial intelligence-based vision technology exclusively licensed to its Emass subsidiary is still in the application stage, according to a March 21 filing with the Australian bourse.
The patent was published on Sept. 5, 2024, and the current status is "pending," the company said in the filing. The application was filed on March 1, 2024.
The company's shares dropped 8% in recent Monday trade.
