IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 176,000 shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the company's Enterprise Option Schemes, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The dual-listed company issued 126,000 shares at 6.02 Malaysian ringgit each, 40,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit apiece and 10,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit per share.
The issued shares will be listed on March 25.
