Encounter Resources (ASX:ENR) kickstarted field activities at the Aileron project in Western Australia, including an electromagnetic survey, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's planned exploration and development activities for the year include 40,000 meters of air core, reverse circulation, and diamond drilling, per the filing. Drilling is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
The mining company's shares were up 4% in recent trade.
