Briscoe Group (ASX:BGP, NZE:BGP) confirmed that it complies with the listing rules of its overseas home exchange, the New Zealand Stock Exchange, and continues to comply with them as a foreign exempt listing on the Australian Securities Exchange, according to a Friday New Zealand bourse filing.
