Silvaco Group said Financial Chief Ryan Benton would resign to pursue another career opportunity outside of the semiconductor design industry.
The company on Friday named Keith Tainsky as his interim successor and said Benton, who took over the finance chief role in August 2023, would officially resign on April 11.
Chief Executive Babak Taheri would serve as Silvaco's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, the company said, and Tainsky would report directly to him while the company looks for a permanent finance chief.
