Abundance International (SGX:541) received approval from China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce to establish a joint venture focused on developing eco-friendly chemicals, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The joint venture was incorporated on March 19 with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. Abundance holds a 40% stake.
