Earnings per share at the Chinese property manager increased to 0.279 yuan from 0.264 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue grew 18% to 1.48 billion yuan from 1.26 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.076 yuan per share, payable Aug. 15 to shareholders on record as of June 24.
