Sunshine Insurance's (HKG:6963) attributable profit rose 46% to 5.45 billion yuan in 2024 from 3.74 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the insurer increased to 0.47 yuan from 0.32 yuan a year earlier.
Total revenue jumped to 90.3 billion yuan from 78.2 billion yuan in the previous year.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.19 yuan per share, payable July 28.
Shares of the insurer gained over 2% in late-morning trade Thursday.
