Luzhou Bank's (HKG:1983) attributable profit rose 28% to 1.28 billion yuan in 2024 from 994.2 million yuan in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the bank increased to 0.43 yuan from 0.33 yuan in the previous year.
Net interest income grew 14% to 3.52 billion yuan from 3.09 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 1.20 yuan per 10 shares or 0.12 yuan per share. Luzhou Bank has yet to declare a payment and record date.
