Earnings per share rose 36% year over year to 0.57 yuan from 0.42 yuan, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The miner's revenue went up 39% to 82.5 billion yuan from 59.3 billion yuan.
Shandong Gold declared a 2024 dividend of 0.228 yuan per share.
Shares of the company rose 1% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse.
