Shoucheng's (HKG:0697) attributable profit rose to HK$410.2 million in 2024 from HK$403.6 million in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the infrastructure asset manager rose to HK$0.0576 from HK$0.0557 in the previous year.
Revenue grew 38% to HK$1.22 billion from HK$883.5 million a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.0164 per share, payable Aug. 7 to shareholders on record as of July 16.
