Guolian Minsheng Securities (HKG:1456, SHA:601456) attributable profit fell 41% to 397.4 million yuan in 2024 from 671.3 million yuan in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the securities brokerage decreased 42% to 0.14 yuan from 0.24 yuan a year earlier.
Total revenue declined 3.9% to 4.21 billion yuan from 4.39 billion yuan in the previous year.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.56 yuan per 10 shares or 0.056 yuan per share. Guolian Minsheng has yet to announce the record and payment dates.
