The United Laboratories International Holdings (HKG:3933) reported a 1.5% decline in profit attributable to owners to 2.66 billion yuan for 2024 from 2.70 billion yuan in the previous year, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse on Monday.
Basic earnings per share were 1.4639 yuan, a 1.5% decrease from 1.4867 yuan a year ago.
Revenue increased marginally to 13.76 billion yuan from 13.74 billion yuan in the prior year.
The board recommended a final dividend of 0.28 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.12 yuan per share. Both dividends are subject to shareholders' approval in an upcoming annual general meeting.
