ECARX (ECX) said late Thursday that it has started an underwritten public offering of 25 million class A shares.
Underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million shares, according to the company.
ECARX said proceeds will be used for research and development, initiatives, establishing overseas supply chain networks and general corporate purposes.
