March 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:

** Private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired Command Investigations, a U.S. provider of insurance investigation services. nL6N3QA0RR

** French videogame maker Ubisoft UBIP.PA said it has set up a subsidiary in which China's Tencent 0700.HK will invest 1.16 billion euros ($1.25 billion). nL2N3QA0YN

** Morgan Stanley is working with Goldman Sachs to explore the sale of its majority stake in German renewable project developer PNE, two people familiar with the matter said, a process that could trigger a bid for the 1.09 billion euros ($1.17 billion) firm. nL5N3Q8063

** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N is nearing a deal to acquire Japanese medical gear maker Topcon 7732.T, according to people familiar with the matter, marking the latest sign of increased leveraged buyout activity in Japan. nL2N3QA043

** British Airways-owner IAG ICAG.L will consider selling its 20% stake in Air Europa as the Spanish airline's owner continues talks with Air France-KLM AIRF.PA and Lufthansa LHAG.DE to sell a stake in the company, IAG's CEO told Reuters. nS8N37X06W

** Global Eggs, a company controlled by Brazilian entrepreneur Ricardo Faria, has agreed to buy U.S. egg producer Hillandale Farms for $1.1 billion, Faria told Reuters.nL2N3QA0F1

** BP BP.L said it plans to sell its mobility and convenience business in Austria, as the oil giant reshapes its portfolio under CEO Murray Auchincloss' reset strategy. nL3N3QA0ZQ

** The owner of London's landmark "Can of Ham" building has rejected a higher offer from Blackstone BX.N of about 330 million pounds ($426.92 million) for the property, with Nuveen betting on an improving appetite for European real estate assets, a source close to the matter said. nL3N3Q91H7

** Liquefied natural gas infrastructure provider Excelerate Energy EE.N has agreed to buy the Jamaica business of rival New Fortress Energy NFE.O for $1.06 billion in cash, according to statements from the companies on Thursday. nL3N3QA0VG

** British investment platform AJ Bell AJBA.L said it would sell its personal and occupational pension schemes business to InvestAcc Group for up to 25 million pounds ($32.3 million), to focus on its core business. nL6N3QA0CE

** UK's Warehouse REIT WHRW.L said it could recommend Blackstone's BX.N 489 million-pound ($631.5 million) final all-cash takeover proposal if the asset manager comes up with a firm offer. nL3N3QA0KN

** An entity controlled by Indonesia's Widjaja family said it had offered to buy Singapore-listed Sinarmas Land SINA.SI, valuing the property firm at S$1.32 billion ($986.3 million). nL3N3QA0I5
