Tennant Minerals (ASX:TMS), CuFe (ASX:CUF), and Emmerson Resources (ASX:ERM) are working together to evaluate the viability of a multi-user facility for the processing of copper-gold-critical mineral resources from their tenures in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory, as part of the Tennant Creek Alliance, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The alliance's objectives include a joint evaluation by completing a scoping study, to be followed by a pre-feasibility study, of processing options including a multi-user facility based in the region.
The alliance received a letter of support for its activities from the Mines Minister of the Northern Territory.
Emmerson Resources' shares fell past 7% in recent Tuesday trade.
